Supported operating systems

The KX Delta Platform is supported on the following Operating Systems:

Linux

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) / CentOS 7.0+
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) / CentOS / Rocky Linux 8.0+

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) / Rocky Linux 9.0+

  • Ubuntu 18.04

  • Ubuntu 20.04
  • Ubuntu 22.04

Kdb Insights

If kdb Insights is underpinning KX Delta Platform, which is the default from version 4.8.0, not all of the above distributions will be supported, the requirements of kdb Insights must be met

  • requires openssl1.1-compatible libraries and libcurl at least version 7.31
  • libc.so.6 version GLIBC_2.14 required, therefore RHEL6 and CentoOS 6 not supported
