Beta features standard terms

This page outlines the standard terms related to beta features of kdb Insights Enterprise.

You acknowledge that the following features of the Licensed Software are made available to you on a beta/ early access basis, ahead of general availability to the public:

1. Streaming to Views

As a result of this, they are still being developed and improved by us, and you acknowledge that:

1. You will not use them in a production or business critical setting.
2. The Software Support Services shall not apply to them and we cannot guarantee that any specific errors, defects or discrepancies in those features will be corrected.
3. Such features may not be included, or may be changed, in any general release version of the Licensed Software.
4. THEY ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO PERFORMANCE UNTIL THEY ARE GENERALLY MADE AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTION USE and
5. OUR LIABILITY RELATING TO SUCH FEATURES WILL BE LIMITED TO FIVE THOUSAND US DOLLARS (US$ $5,000).
